I graduated from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in 2000 with an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy along with a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of New England. I have been practicing as a registered Naturopath since 2000.
I am a registered Naturopath and a member of Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists of New Zealand. I attend regular seminars and training courses in New Zealand and in Australia, which helps to keep me up to date with the ever-evolving natural health industry.
Prior to becoming a Naturopath, I had a varied career in education and elderly care, and when I can I enjoy going into schools to chat to students about Naturopathy.
Naturopathy is based on the belief that our bodies can heal themselves if they are given the nutrients and support which they require. It is so easy to become overwhelmed with some of the information which surrounds us on a daily basis, so I invite you to work with me. My total focus is to restore you back to optimum health.
