Fees
All fees are due at the time of your appointment.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
Eftpos facilities are available.
I have a fully stocked dispensary in my clinic, with practitioner range herbal liquids and supplements which I can dispense, so that your script can be filled immediately.
Supplements are not included in the consultation fee.
Phone and Zoom appointments are available.
Southern Cross Health Insurance provides a benefit in their Well-Being 1 and 2 (Body care module). This will provide a rebate of up to $500.00 annually for consultations with a Naturopath who is registered with the NZ Society of Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists.
Cancellation policy
I appreciate that sometimes life can be complicated with sickness or other commitments and that you may not be able to attend your scheduled appointment.
However, at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment is required.
If you need to change your appointment within the 24 hour period before your appointment, you will need to ring Nicola directly on 021 0272 6854. Please do not text or email.
You may re-schedule your appointment without any charge during this 24 hour period.
